Our Response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads, the world around us is changing rapidly, but our commitment to the healthcare needs and safety of our patients remains the same.

At the recommendation of the CDC and to adhere to Governor Hutchinson’s mandate, Comprehensive Pain Care has postponed performing interventional procedures at our clinic. We remain available to provide care during this challenging time by expanding our services to include secure, online telemedicine visits. Most of our patients’ pain management care can be managed through this system. We will also be keeping patient contact with other patients to a minimum. We ask that you stay in your vehicle until our staff comes and gets you.

Once you have scheduled an appointment, one of our team members will contact you to guide you through the telemedicine process and answer any questions you may have.

We urge you to continue to follow the CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of the coronavirus:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then immediately throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

We appreciate your understanding during this time. These steps will allow us to continue providing the care you need while keeping our communities safe. On behalf of our entire CPC family, we wish you good health.
